David Ragland is a recognized expert at the intersection of organizational theory, leadership, and artificial intelligence. Combining academic rigor with industry experience, he draws on insights from the social sciences and classical philosophy to explore how timeless wisdom and modern psycho-sociological principles can shape leadership practices in the age of AI. David is passionate about examining how these dual perspectives—grounded in human behavior and ethical frameworks—can guide decision-making, foster collaboration, and navigate the complexities of influence and leadership within organizations adapting to technological transformation.
David is the author of two books: Classical Wisdom for Modern Leaders: AI and Emotional Intelligence and The Multiplier Effect: AI and Organizational Dynamics (both available on Amazon). He is currently working on a third book titled, Digital Psychology: Mastering Difficult Personalities—expected for release in early spring of 2025.
